The "Justice for Khojaly" exhibition on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide was opened in the Art Gallery named after. M.F.Akhundov in Tbilisi, Georgia.
According to the "Boyukmillet.com" web portal, this event was jointly organized by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia and the Museum of Azerbaijani Culture named after. M.F.Akhundov.
The opening ceremony was attended by Azerbaijani Minister of Education Emin Amrullaev, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev, representatives of the diplomatic corps, the public of Georgia, as well as Georgian witnesses of the Khojaly tragedy and their relatives.
About 60 paintings, sculptures and wooden carvings depicting the Khojaly tragedy, which were brought from Baku are presented at the exhibition, which also includes paintings on the theme of Azerbaijan's victory in the 44-day Patriotic War.
